A situation or an interaction with another person can sometimes make you angry.

***INTENSE WAVE

Anger is like an intense wave forming inside you, increasing its strength with every passing second. Therefore, choosing how you will handle anger is of utmost importance.

*** DISTRESS

*** DISTRESS

You might have an impulsive reaction when anger is triggered, which could temporarily alleviate your distress, and in some cases, it may resolve it.

But then, there may be a time when the anger hits you so hard and becomes an intense wave forming inside you, increasing its strength with every passing second. If you are not careful, the intense wave can bring a massive storm inside of you, burning like an acid piercing your body.

This can cause the situation to escalate and become more hostile or complicated, STRIKING you with further pain and suffering.

*** SHATTERED AND SCATTERED

*** SHATTERED AND SCATTERED

The strike will likely leave you feeling SHATTERED and SCATTERED, trying to pick up the pieces anger has unleashed within you. You may also find out after the fact that your actions caused something to happen you did not expect or now regret.

To avoid further cuts or bruises, handle everything you do from that point forward with care so you can BIND BACK the road to PEACE and CALM while exiting the street of Anger.

BOTTOMLINE: It is best to THINK FIRST rather than speak when anger appears to prevent the intense wave and massive storm from growing inside you.
